• A performance review of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent must be completed annually by the Board of School Directors.  The employment contracts for the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent must include mutually agreed to objective performance standards on which performance will be based.  In accordance with Section 1073.1 of the Public School Code, the Board of School Directors shall post the mutually agreed to performance standards contained in the contract on the school district's publicly accessible website.  Upon completion of the annual performance assessment,  the Board shall post the date of the assessment and whether the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent have met the agreed to objective performance standards on the school district's publicly accessible website.
