At the Roosevelt Campus of NAHS, we believe that it takes a village to raise a child. We are extremely fortunate to have amazing community partners as part of our village. On specific days each week during their advocacy, students have the opportunity to participate in groups run by our community partners. Some examples of these groups are art, music, and poetry groups run by Expressive Paths, Male Leadership run through the Redemption 1010 Church, Entrepreneurship through CADCOM, Parenting through the Young Parents Program, Art Therapy through the Lincoln Center among others. Students are able to build relationships with these wonderful adult mentors while building self esteem and enhancing communication skills and talents.
