First grade had a visit from the Audubon Society. We learned a lot about birds. A pigeon named CC is our new friend.
3rd & 4th grade library students had the option to color quilt squares and knot the comforter. It is being donated to a refugee through a relief organization.

PVF was proud to have three students participate in the Math 24 Challenge today at the MCIU.
Hello PVF Families! Our Jubilee will take place tonight from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Bracelets will be sold at the door for $5. There will be delicious food for sale, games and tons of baskets to raffle off. The basket raffle will take place around 7:20. Raffle tickets are for sale by the baskets.
Congratulations to our Golden Ticket winners for this week, who earned a School Store Buck to spend at the School Store, which will be open next Friday!
Tonight is the night! Wristbands will be sold at the door!

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you about a change regarding our Jubilee event due to the forecasted rainy weather and colder temperatures.
After careful consideration, we have decided to reschedule the Jubilee to next Friday, May 17th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This adjustment will ensure a more enjoyable experience for all attendees.
We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide the best possible event for our school community.

We had the privilige of hosting NASD School Board President Sr. Christopher Jaramillo today. Director Jaramillo visited homerooms, specials, cafeteria, and the playground. He also hosted a lunch bunch to hear directly from our students. Thank you Director Jaramillo.
Today we celebrated the PBIS reward that received the most votes: Mr. Fusco dunking on Mr. Smith! Congratulations to both teams for playing their hearts out!
Our car line is ready to go ahead of schedule with our new safety feature. We will be testing it out during dismissal this afternoon and it will be in full effect tomorrow. See the following reminder that was shared with our families over the past two weeks.
NEW: Car Line - We will be securing our car line “Drop-off Zone” with cones to prevent cars from passing other cars while they are still dropping off or picking up their child. It is imperative that if you are using our carline your child is able to get in and out of the car on the passenger side without assistance. If you need extra time while dropping off your child or if your child needs assistance, you will be able to park along the ballfield and walk your child to the drop-off platform. Our goal is to ensure a safe arrival and dismissal process. We anticipate some delays while families become familiar with this new process.
