Steps for Online Student Registration
Step 1
All Student Registration begins online. Complete the Pre-Registration Form through the online Registration Portal.
You will need:
Parent/Guardian First and Last Names
Parent/Guardian Working Email Address
Step 2
You should receive an email with a link to the Application Portal.
To complete your student's registration, you will need the following documents. You can start the registration process at any time. If you don't have all the documents now, that's okay—you can save your progress and return later to upload them before submitting your application:
Household Information
Proof of address: 3 of the following - lease, deed, mortgage statement, settlement sheet, electric/ water/ sewer/ tax/ phone/ internet/ cable/ municipal waste bill, paystub, homeowner insurance, DPW/Government document, housing authority, or bank statement
Information of any other household members
Parent/Guardian Information (please enter information to match forms of identification - NO NICKNAMES)
Basic Information: First and last names, date of birth, gender
Contact Information: Working email address and phone number(s)
Valid and non-expired form of ID: Driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, or other forms of ID (subject for review)
Emergency Contact Information (please enter information to match forms of identification - NO NICKNAMES)
Basic Information: First and last names, date of birth, gender, address, relationship to student
Contact Information: Working email address and phone number(s)
Student Information (please enter information to match forms of identification - NO NICKNAMES)
Basic and Demographic Information: First and last names, date of birth, country of birth, race and ethnicity, gender, enrollment grade, previous school information (if applicable), medical information/ concerns/ needs
Language Information: Home language/other languages spoken, interpretation request (Note: For students whose first language is not English, families will need to complete a Family Interview at the Family Support Center to determine whether or not the child needs to be screened for English Language Development)
Documents: Birth certificate, completed Parent Registration Statement, previous school transcript and report card (if applicable), copy of immunization records, copy of physical including TB test results, and copy of dental dental records
The application will ask you to upload documents. If you need assistance, you can either complete the entire application in person at the Family Support Center, or fill out the online application and bring the documents to the Family Support Center to be uploaded accordingly. Appointments are prioritized; schedule by calling the Family Support Center: 610-630-5001 or emailing the Registrar at registrar@nasd.k12.pa.us. Walk-ins are welcome, but may have an increased wait time.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation email that your Online Registration Application was submitted. Once reviewed by the Registrar, you will receive a status update email.
If approved, you will receive a link in the status update email to sign up for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you do not receive a status update email, your application may not be complete. There may be documents you still need to upload, and the Registrar will contact you.
