Chromebooks

Every student in the Norristown Area School District has a district issued Chromebook to enhance and support learning. Kindergarten students receive their Chromebooks in the fall. There are times when students use Chromebooks to take assessments

Please see the important Chromebook Care directions regarding how to take care of a Chromebook, and refer to the Chromebook Handbook.

• To clean your Chromebook, USE ONLY water and a microfiber towel/dish towel

• DO NOT use any cleaners, wipes, or sprays

• DO NOT draw or write on Chromebook

• KEEP FOOD AND DRINK AWAY FROM CHROMEBOOK

• Keep loose crayons and pencils in a plastic bag so they do not damage your Chromebook in your backpack

Students can use QuickCards or enter their username/password to sign on Chromebook.

Norristown Area School District uses a variety of different software programs to enhance student learning. All programs can be found in the ClassLink Launchpad Website. You can access it using this link, Clicking "Sign in with Google" with the student's @nasdstudent.org district email address.
