Roosevelt Forensic Law students had a fantastic day visiting Arcadia Universitiy's forensic program. The highlight of the program is the crime scene house where students found evidence from mock crime scenes and hypothesized about the crimes. Students enjoyed a campus tour, information session about the college, and experienced lunch at the all you can eat campus dining hall!!

Last night, NASD conducted a wonderful Black Excellence Celebration Event. Students and staff members who display black excellence, good leadership qualities, and perseverance were honored, including Roosevelt’s very own Coach JC Jones and Nasir Allison. Way to go guys!

Yesterday, our local Marine Corps recruiter, SSG Gonzalez, stopped by to talk to scholars about the benefits of military service. Scholars tested their physical fitness and military readiness by strapping on a 25 lb weight vest and participating in a push-up challenge.
Roosevelt students had an amazing time creating artwork at Expressive Path. Their creativity and talent truly shined. We are proud to share that their artwork will be displayed at the Montgomery County Prothonotary’s Office, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit the office. Way to go, Roosevelt Scholars!
