1st grade has been learning about the powerful force of wind in Module 3 of Wit and Wisdom - Powerful Forces. On Tuesday Mr. Dalrymple came in to speak to the 1st graders about being a pilot. The students (and teachers) really enjoyed learning about how wind affects flying and airplane.

🎶 Bravo to Our 3rd & 4th Grade Band and Orchestra! 🎻🎺 Last night, our talented 3rd and 4th grade musicians took the stage and shined under the direction of Mr. Norton, with the wonderful support of Mrs. Emily Bulman. 🌟 Performing in front of an audience takes courage, dedication, and heart—and our students delivered all three! 💪🎶 A heartfelt thank you to the parents, grandparents, and families who came out to cheer them on. Your support means the world to our young performers! 👏💙 #PVFProud #StudentSuccess #MusicMatters #BandAndOrchestra #FutureMusicians #ThankYouFamilies

🎶🎨 Our Students ROCK — On Stage and In the Halls! 🎨🎶 Our talented 3rd graders are getting ready to bring the stage to life with School House Rock — led by our amazing music director, Mrs. Emily Bulman! Tomorrow they’ll perform a daytime show for students and an evening performance for families at 6:00 PM in the PVF gym. Last Monday, a select group even gave a special preview for the NASD School Board — and they absolutely ROCKED it! 🎤👏 As if that weren't enough, our hallways are bursting with color and creativity thanks to the incredible guidance of Mrs. Sondra Avelar, one of the best art teachers around. 🎨🌟 You can't walk through the building without being amazed by the student artwork proudly on display — and these photos are just a small taste of what we get to enjoy every day! We’re so proud of our students' creativity, confidence, and talent. 💛💚💙 #PaulVFlyProud #SchoolHouseRock #StudentArtSpotlight #PVFShines

Our Student Advisory Council just participated in their third meeting with Superintendent Mr. Dormer and the Assistant Director of Food Services. It was a fantastic success. This time, our students engaged in meaningful and collaborative conversations about school meals—sharing their honest feedback on what they enjoy, what could be improved, and offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance both breakfast and lunch options. The students had an amazing time, offering insightful suggestions that reflect their needs and preferences. Their ideas and perspectives will play a crucial role in shaping improvements to our school meal program, ensuring that student voices are at the heart of the decision-making process. We continue to be inspired by the enthusiasm, leadership, and creativity of our Student Advisory Council. This initiative, led by Mr. Dormer, remains a powerful platform for students to share their perspectives on various school-related topics. Their input is invaluable, and we are excited for the meaningful changes their ideas will bring to our school community. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this journey together!
