A todos los padres/tutores:
Infórmenos con anticipación cuándo necesiten hacer un cambio de salida o cuándo vayan a recoger a un estudiante temprano. Tienen el correo electrónico del maestro, el número de teléfono de la oficina y la Aplicacion de Rooms (Apptegy) para comunicar cualquier cambio que deba realizarse. No contestaremos llamadas telefónicas después de las 3:00 pm ya que necesitamos preparar a los estudiantes para la salida. Por favor comprenda que los estudiantes cambian de un salón de clases a otro en diferentes momentos. Además, algunos de los estudiantes estan con especialistas, así que si necesitan hacer un cambio, infórmenos con anticipación para que nos comuniquemos con nuestro equipo. Por último, se llamará a los estudiantes una vez que los padres estén en la recepción. Ningún niño será llamado antes. Si tiene una cita, haga los arreglos necesarios con anticipación. Gracias por su tiempo y cooperación.
To all parents/guardians:
Please let us know ahead of time when you need to make a dismissal change or when you are going to pick-up a student early. You have teacher’s email, office phone number, and rooms (Apptegy) to communicate about any changes that need to be made. We will not answer phone calls after 3:00 pm as we need to get students ready for dismissal. Please understand that students change from classrooms to classroom at different times. Also some of the students will be with specialists, so please if you need to make a change let us know ahead of time, so we will communicate with our team. Lastly, students will be called once parent is at the front desk. No child will be called before. If you have an appointment make the proper arrangements ahead of time. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
