What a joyful day at Hancock Elementary! 📚✨ In partnership with Reading is Fundamental (RIF) and Ametek, our students enjoyed a special book celebration filled with an engaging read aloud and excitement around choosing their very own books. Each student went home with THREE brand new books to add to their home library!

Last week we had so much fun celebrating Read Across America Week! 📚🚀
Our students had the chance to blast off into reading with a book giveaway, special guest readers, exciting author visits, buddy reading with different grade levels, and dedicated DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) time.
It was wonderful to see our school community come together to celebrate the joy of reading. Thank you to everyone who helped make the week so special for our students! 💙📖
