Our Paul V. Fly staff spent the afternoon digging into the data and planning for growth! 💡📈
Grade-level teams reviewed last year’s literacy and math data, celebrated areas of student growth, identified trends and opportunities, and took a close look at where our students are starting this year. Most importantly, teams used the data to establish measurable and rigorous grade-level goals for the 2026–27 school year.
This work wasn't just about numbers on a page—it was about the students behind those numbers and asking important questions: Where are they now? Where do we want them to go? And what can we do together to help them get there? ❤️

Our Pandas started off the new week at our PBIS Kickoff Assembly! Students reviewed our universal rules and how they "fly with pride when we take care of self, take care of others, and take care of things" in all parts of the building (hallways cafeteria, playground, bathroom, bus, classroom). Then they learned about earning Panda Pennies when they are "caught flying with pride". All students were challenged to earn Panda Pennies towards a class goal of 100 Pennies for extra recess, and our first Pennie's were handed out! Our Panda, Paulie, stopped by to cheer them on! Good luck Pandas! 🐼💙
A HUGE congratulations to all of our PVF Pandas who completed their Summer Bridge schoolwork! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to keeping your learning fresh all summer truly deserves to be celebrated!

Bus lessons started today! Throughout the week, all of our Pandas will be learning our bus expectations in order to be safe on the bus and at the bus stop. 🚌🐼
