Today we awarded the Wildcat Walk prizes to our top six fundraisers and the student that completed the most laps. Thank You to all of our families that contributed to the Wildcat Walk fundraiser. This was the most successful Wildcat Walk we have ever had.

On Tuesday, 12/12 the students that were on our 100 board and earned the Mystery Motivator were able to play games in the library. Congratulations to our winners!

Kindergarten had their annual Thanksgiving Feast, made Gingerbread Kids, tasted their first snow of the season, and “flew” to Israel to learn about how other countries celebrate the holidays. What fun!!
This week in library class, students participated in various forms of coding. Coding is an introduction to computer science through fun activities, such as using Matatalabs, Bee Bots, and www.code.org. The students had fun while learning with their classmates.
We are thrilled to share our first crop of lettuce from our Fork Farm! Fork Farm provides a unique experience that allows learners to learn about STEAM, nutrition, and how to be sustainable global citizens. The students were part of each step of farming from planting, transplanting, maintaining, and harvesting.

From 11/27 through the end of December students have a chance to WIN a Grand Prize Pencil in each pencil machine. We had our first two winners this week. Congratulations!
The Rotary Club came and visited third graders explaining all the amazing ways they help make the world better. They also gave each student a Spanish-English dictionary to bring home. Thank you for a wonderful learning experience!
