(EN): On Saturday morning, NASD distributed over 400 winter coats in less than an hour. Huge thanks to Conicelli for their generous coat donation, Davenport Elementary, the NASD Operations team, and our staff and their family members that volunteered.

Tragically, 5 local youth have died from sudden cardiac arrest in recent years, 3 within the last 12 months. It’s time to do something!!
Sudden cardiac arrest heartbreakingly takes the lives of thousands of children every year. It is the #1 cause of death for student-athletes. It kills more adults than lung cancer, breast cancer, and AIDS combined, yet most people never receive a heart screening before a crisis occurs.
Children aged 14-25 are being offered FREE Heart Screening for risk factors, this Saturday, September 23rd.(see the flyer )
Students can also have their PIAA physical completed for the 2023-24 school year at this event.
