
Our 4th Grade Students joined in on the Pink Out Day on Friday, October 20th for Breast Cancer Awareness!



On Friday, October 20th Whitehall had a Pink Out Day for Breast Cancer Awareness and to give love and support to Whitehall Teacher Mrs. McMahon for her fight against Breast Cancer.

Tomorrow will be a Pink Out for Cancer! Students and staff are encouraged to wear Pink tomorrow in support.


The book fair is coming! Our Scholastic book fair will run from Friday, November 3rd through Tuesday, November 14th. Your child will have an opportunity to shop during his/her scheduled library class.


During October are looking for students that demonstrate POSITIVITY. Positivity means focusing on things that go well, looking for solutions, & expecting good results & success. On 10/18 one student from each grade was awarded the Golden Paw. Congratulations to our winners!


These students earned 5 PAWS and were rewarded today. Keep up the PAWTASTIC work.


Yesterday more Second Graders visited the Schuylkill Center to explore natural habitats. We searched for animals living in a pond and in the forest.

Four kindergarten students were given a certificate for a free meal at Applebee's on 10/16 for being PAWSOME students…Keep up the PAWSOME work!


C is for curiosity and caterpillar! Our Kinder kids found a caterpillar at recess & observed how it moved. We also had a visit from the local Fire Dept for Fire Prevention Week. The students saw the big red truck & learned how to be safe in an emergency during the week.

4th grade students were chosen by their teachers to be Whitehall Safeties. Being a safety means that you follow our PAWS expectations and are looked at as a role model for students at Whitehall.

Project Libertad will be facilitating a Newcomer Family Orientation for NASD families at the Norristown Library on Thursday, October 19 at 5:30. The presentation will be done in Spanish. Please share this information with your families.
